DU MAURIER (formerly FLAT 3)
Named after Dame Daphne du Maurier, one of Cornwall’s most famous authors loved for her 'old-fashioned' novels.
Situated up a short flight of steps in the original 16th century part of the Inn above the bar.
Double bed in the bedroom. Down two steps to a bathroom with a shower, and a lounge with a double bed settee, armchair, rectangular pine dining table with four chairs as well as a little fitted kitchenette with cooker, refrigerator and microwave.
This suite is full of character, has 18" thick walls, slate window sills and a curious slope on the bedroom floor. The room is over the bar, and there may be a certain amount of noise until midnight, but it isn't normally a problem.
