FITZSIMMONS (formerly FLAT 4)
Named after Bob Fitzimmons, born in Helston, who was the first man and only European born boxer ever to hold world titles at three different weights. Situated on the ground floor up a short flight of steps. Part 16th Century.
One bedroom with a double bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. Lounge with double bed settee, armchair, long pine coffee table, large pine dining table and four chairs. Fitted kitchenette, with cooker, refrigerator, and microwave oven. A bathroom with a shower.
The lounge of flat 4 is over the bar, but noise isn't normally a problem. Can adjoin to Betjeman (formerly Flat 1) if required via a connecting door.
